The retail group is mulling over the possibility of constructing its own brewery in South Korea, after losing out to private equity group Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co to buy Oriental Brewery from Anheuser-Busch InBev, claims the Reuters news agency.

A spokesperson for the group told reporters that a brewery construction was one expansion plan currently being looked at.
